I think you should change the length of the topic title to like 5 or something. 10 is too long.

you know the topic title is the name of the topic for example this topic title is
Length of Topic Title

And i do agree forcing us to have a 10 character topic title is kind of annoying

10 is WAY to long. If you want to say Hi =] That's 5 characters. Nobody can do that. Go to the administrator panel.
